Terms of Service

Welcome to Wdrobe. The Wdrobe app and the wdrobe.app website are operated by ANEMO BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (the company, we, us). By downloading or using the app, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, our privacy policy and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you should not use the app.

2. Service description

Wdrobe is a mobile app for iPhone and Android. It uses AI on the photos you add to show clothes on you (virtual try-on), suggest outfits from your wardrobe, run colour and body shape analyses, and answer you as an AI stylist in chat. You can also plan outfits, share outfits to Discover, follow other users, and share outfits and clothes with a link. The service is provided as is.

3. User obligations and content

Photos: you confirm that you own each photo you upload or have permission to use it, and that every person who can be recognised in it has agreed. Do not upload intimate images, photos taken without someone's consent, photos that break someone else's copyright or personal rights, or photos of anyone under 18 other than yourself. If you appear in a photo someone else uploaded, write to info@anemotech.com to ask us to remove it.

Age limit: you must be at least 13 years old to use Wdrobe, or older if the law in your country sets a higher age. If you are between 13 and 17, a parent or guardian must agree to you using Wdrobe. The app asks you to confirm this when you choose the 13 to 17 age range.

Legal use: you may not use Wdrobe for anything illegal. Do not post or share content that is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, misleading or spam, that pretends to be someone else, or that uses another person's work or photo without permission.

Sharing and Discover: your outfits are private until you choose to share them. When you share an outfit to Discover, we check its picture and name with automatic tools and may refuse it. Anyone with a share link can see the outfit or piece of clothing it points to. You are responsible for what you share.

Reports and blocks: you can report or block another user from their profile. Blocking stops you from following each other and hides their outfits from you in Discover. Our team reviews reports and can remove content or close accounts. You can also report content by writing to info@anemotech.com.

4. Artificial intelligence and its results

Variability: outfits and images generated by AI are algorithmic results. The company does not guarantee that the generated results are accurate or that they meet your expectations.

Rights: you keep the right to use the images AI creates for you. The rights over how Wdrobe works and its technology belong to the company. The AI models we use belong to the companies that make them, such as Anthropic, Google, OpenAI and fal.ai.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Wdrobe is free to download. Some features are free, and some need a paid Pro subscription or credits. Some actions, such as creating an outfit image, use credits. You can buy subscriptions and credit packs only inside the app, through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not sell anything on our website and we never see your card details.

Some plans start with a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the store charges you, and the subscription renews on its own until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. We sometimes offer discounts. A discount lasts only for the period shown when you accept it, and then the normal price applies.

Credits have no cash value. Credits from a credit pack expire one year after you buy them. Daily credits that come with a subscription expire if you do not use them within 24 hours. The rules of the store you bought from apply to cancellations and refunds. If the store refunds a purchase, we remove the credits or Pro access it paid for.

6. Intellectual property rights

ANEMO BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ owns the Wdrobe app, its design, code, name and logo. The AI models we use belong to the companies that make them. You may not copy, reverse engineer or distribute the app's software without our permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The company cannot be held responsible for data loss, device damage or indirect damages resulting from the use of AI results. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

8. Service changes and termination

We can change, pause or stop parts of the app without notice. If you break these terms, we can remove your content, freeze your account or close it. A frozen or closed account cannot sign in.

You can delete your account at any time in the app: go to Profile, then Settings, then Profile Information, and tap the bin icon. Deletion happens at once and cannot be undone. You cannot create or use another Wdrobe account with the same email address or Apple sign-in ID; we keep those on the closed account only to enforce this. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel it in the store. What happens to your data is set out in the privacy policy.

9. Applicable law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections that the law of the country where you live gives you, and you can bring a claim in the courts open to you there.
